Digital Stewardship

Penn State’s University Libraries and Information Technology Sources have partnered to create and maintain the Content Stewardship program. Their goal is to promote an institution-wide initiative to address digital content and data management needs in areas such as digital library collections, scholarly communications, electronic records archiving, and e-research data management.

Additionally, the program builds on preexisting services and infratructure at the university to develop a complete suite of services to be made available to Penn State researchers at all stages of research; from discovery to preservation, curation, archival, and storage services.
